What we will do is check if the error is caused by random browser issues. If not, please log into your ANZ account to check if there is a setting for online banking that you need to adjust.
We can start by signing in to QBO using a private browser and then connecting your bank account. If this works, you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. If not, please try a different browser.
- Google Chrome: Press CTRL + Shift + N.
- Safari: Press Command + Shift + N.
- Mozilla Firefox: Press CTRL + Shift + P.
On the other hand, you can also upload bank transactions, so you can work on them.
