The first thing I would do is to check your ATO portal to double check that the payrun hasn't already been submitted.
If it hasn't, you'll need to create an update event to relodge it. Thus, you'll need to correct the issues first before to relodge it. You can refer to this article for more information about fixing the common issues of STP lodgement in QuickBooks Online.
