I want to change my Primary User but i am unable to do it in QB can i get help in it?

Let me guide you on how you can change your Primary User, Admjj.

 

May I know what issues are you experiencing when changing your Primary User? You can transfer the primary admin role to an existing QuickBooks user. If the person isn't a user, you can add them first as a new user. Then, transfer them to the primary role. To do so, follow the steps outlined below:

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as the current primary admin. If you can’t sign in, you can recover your user ID or password.
  2. Go to the Gear icon.
  3. Select Manage users.
  4. Find the user you want to make the primary admin.
  5. In the Role column, make sure they are listed as Admin. If they’re not, select Edit to change their role to admin.
  6. Select the ellipsis ⋮ icon in the Action section. Then, select Change primary admin.
  7. Select Change primary admin again to confirm the change.
  8. Sign out of QuickBooks.
