For now, there's no option to re-order the entries or contents of the management reports in QuickBooks Online. The data are being sorted out on how they're presented in your Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet reports.

You can see the Reorder Pages section after you click on Advanced on the bottom of the screen. Please see attached screenshot for your reference.

When I select the Advanced button the screen that displays shows the information up to the check marked box "Show only non-zero rows and columns" in your screen shot. There is no further information to Reorder Pages. Is that only for a certain level of subscriber to QBO?

I can share how the Advanced options work.
The option to Reorder pages in QuickBooks Online is available in the Plus version. You can verify your subscription plan to check if it's causing the issue of not being able to see the Reorder pages section. Let me show you how:
If you have the Plus version but you're still unable to see the option, a browser-related issue might have caused the options not to correctly display. To start, let's try to log in to your account using a private browser to start a new session and try to reorder the pages. Please refer to these steps based on which browser you're using:
If the options are displaying as expected, then the cache was probably the issue. You can clear your cache in the regular browser, which should be able to go through your normal workflow there. If the issue persists, you can use other supported browsers.
You'll want to upgrade your subscription level if you have the Simple Start plan.

I have a plus subscription but do not see the option to reorder

This feature is available in the QBO Plus version. We'll have to click the Advanced on the bottom of the Edit screen t see the Reorder Pages option. Let me show you how:
If the same thing happens, try signing in to your account using a private or incognito window. This mode doesn't use the existing cache data and helps us confirm browser-related issues. Here's how:
If it works, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to delete those temporarily stored files and browsing history. The overtime collection of data can create corruption, however, removing this should fix the issue. You can also use supported, up-to-date browsers to roll out the possibility of a browser-related issue. If the problem persists, please contact our Customer Support Team. They'll pull up your account in a sure environment and investigate what's causing this issue. Here's how:

Nope... I don't have that function either and I went incognito to check your suggestions.
No time for chat help.... just be aware it doesn't work for everybody.
I have a Plus Subscription, and I cannot see the option to reorder the reports. I have spent over an hour on Chat within Intuit to get someone to help me, but they cannot help me. This is what they say in response to my request for help.
"That is just anew feature which are still in the process of making that available to all, I will just include this on affected users taht reorder is not yet available to our product engineers will be aware. :) "
Since I see that this has been available since January of 2021, I would think there has to be a solution to my problem. I have tried all the methods above to get this option (incognito, logging out and back in...). Any other suggestions?

I've already tried to go through those channels. This morning I spent an hour and a half on a chat with no fix. Other employees in this thread have said (for over a year) that you can do this if you have a Plus Subscription, which I have. After an hour and a half in a chat, they told me that not everyone can do this. They said only some Plus Subscriptions are able to do this, and they said it is random who does/doesn't have this functionality. So what is the truth? Do only select Plus Subscribers have this capability or does everyone? If it is everyone, I need some help getting to that functionality because it's not showing up for me. I have a pdf of the chat if that would help you.

Reorder pages option in Management reports tab is available in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Online Accountant Australia. Are all of the users on your file not able to see this feature too?
