A browser stores data from your previously web pages you visited. With this, it's possible that the browser you’re using still remembers your old password. This maybe the reason you're unable to log in to your account after resetting the password.
To help fix this, you can log in to your QBO account using an incognito window or a private browser. It doesn't store data in the cache so it helps isolate the issue. Here are the keyboard shortcuts:
From there, you'll have to go to this link: https://qbo.intuit.com/login. Then, reset your password again and use the new password to sign in to your QBO account. If it works, go back to your regular browser. Then, clear its cache since it helps the browser to fix unexpected behavior of the product. If private browsing doesn't work, you can use other compatible browsers.
