Are you using the Desktop app to print the bank reconciliation? There is currently a known issue that users using the Desktop or Mac app are experiencing blank reports when printing the reconciliation report. Our engineers are investigating and in the process of fixing this issue, but in the meantime access QuickBooks through an internet browser to print the reconciliation report.
