May I please know the name of the bank account where you're getting an error 103?
Error 103 usually means that the user ID or password is incorrect for the bank account you've connected or you're trying to connect.
To resolve this, kindly login to your bank's website. If you're able to login with the login credentials you've used. let's try to update or re-enter it in QuickBooks. Here's how:

The bank is Great Southern bank. I have tried all of these things and I can login to the bank directly so my password is correct.

You can add those latest bank transactions in QBO. Just manually download the transactions from the bank. Then, upload the file to your QuickBooks account.

After adding them, you can now match, categorise, and reconcile them to ensure your books are accurate and there aren't any duplicate transactions:
