I can see the importance of having a report that shows an active product bundle, Ian.
In QuickBooks Online, showing a product bundle that have been sold on a report isn't available and will only provide the information of the component items. You can run the Sales by Product/Service Detail report so it would show the quantity of each items and be able to track the items sold.
As a workaround, you can export the report instead and add the bundle on an Excel file.
