Has anyone seen a Server Error in '/' Application when you log on to Employees tab? How do we fix this is, is it a QB error or user error?
Currently we do not have any widespread issues with accessing the Employees tab at this point in time.
QuickBooks Online uses browser cache and cookies to run faster. But sometimes these can also block web pages from loading .I would encourage you to try some browser troubleshooting steps available in the guide here, includes trying a different browser.
