Thank you for reaching out to us. I'd be glad to help you with your pay runs. 

 

You can click on Warnings tab on the pay run to view more details on the error on your pay run and on what you'll need to do to resolve it. Simply go to Employees and select Pay Runs. Open a pay run and then go to Warnings

Hello

I can't find where to click on Warnings.  If I hover over the Pay Runs heading it says "There are currently 12 incomplete actions in 12 Pay Runs".  Meanwhile there are 18 pay runs in the list and they all look the same.  I could also click the link that says "Click here to clear the notification badge.  This will clear the badge but the error will still be shown against the pay run until resolved."

I have absolutely no idea what the 12 errors are, or how to find them.

All help greatly appreciated.

Let me guide you on how to view the warnings on each pay run. 

 

  1. Under the Employees page, click on Pay Runs.
  2. On the pay run list, locate a pay run and click on it to view the pay run.
  3. There should be a Warnings tab on the pay run to view more details.
  4. The Warnings tab is in line with the Actions and Filter tab.

 

Once you click on the warnings tab, you'll see the exact message the warning is referring to.

 

Furthermore, you can also view your Employee's tab dashboard for any warnings or notifications needed your attention.
