How can i view all emails sent out to employees via quickbooks?

Hi Mansh,

While there is no section in payroll to view all emails sent to employees in one place, you can view sent payslips in the individual Employee's card, and review if any emails bounced using the Mail Log feature. 

1. To review sent payslips, go to the Employee tab. 
2. Click the employee's name. 
3. Under Employee Management, select Pay Slips.
4. This lists all sent payslips. Hover on the line to email/download. 
5. If the payslip has a Not Published status, this option was not selected when finalising the payrun and has not yet been sent to the employee.

1. To review the Mail Log for bounced emails, go to the Employee tab.
2. Select the Payroll Settings tab.
3. Under Business Management, select Mail Log.
4. Adjust filters as required.
