Welcome to QuickBooks Community and I appreciate you for choosing QuickBooks Online as your accounting software. I'll ensure you can log out into QuickBooks Online so you'll be able to log in back smoothly by following the details below.
When utilizing QuickBooks Online, there's a Profile icon where you can see the email address you're using. Also, a link for Manage your Intuit Account and a Sign out button that you can use to close or log out of QuickBooks. I've added a screenshot below on how to log out of QuickBooks for visual reference.
Then, you'll have to use this link and make sure to enter the correct login credentials so you'll be able to log in back with the correct company file.
