I need to talk to a qbo representatave

I cannot find how to reconcile nor can I find the progressive account balance.  When I go to settings, there is nothing there to assist.

Can I please clarify if you are using a QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Self Employed file? 

In a QuickBooks Online file you can find Reconcile by navigating to the Accounting tab in the left column. 

This is where you will also see the Chart of Accounts. 

If you select Account History you will see the running balance of your accounts.
