I found out that you don't provide a pre-built award template for Nursery Award 2010 MA000033. Do you have a guide as to how I can set this up manually?

Hi piker,

To add in your own custom award template please do so via the steps below:

  1. When in the Employee section, please select Payroll Settings.
  2. Then on the right-hand side please select Employee Agreements
  3. Then in the top right, you will want to select Add Custom Agreement. From there it will open up the settings to configure this template for your future employees.

Let me know if this helps,

I have found "Employment Agreements" but I get a "The ability to setup Employment Agreements is not available on your current subscription.." Do I have to upgrade just to set up my own template?

That's correct it is only available on Payroll Advanced. If you are interested in switching to this plan to take advantage of the feature you can do so via steps below.

  1. Select Payroll Settings
  2. Then under the Business Management column please select Subscription
  3. On this screen you will then see an option that View Other Plans and if you want to switch please select Upgrade.

Thanks,

Well I would be much more likely to pay for "Advanced" if there was a template already there for the Nursery Award. I ticked the "interested" box, but not sure if that will ever happen. Any idea if thats in the pipeline soon?

By ticking that box it will notify KeyPay directly that this employment agreement is in demand. Whilst I don't have a direct timeframe when it may be created, by upgrading you do have the option of creating the template yourself with in system.

I will make sure also to share this through my own feedback channel to KeyPay.

Ok thanks. I'll check it out. I guess I can always downgrade back if it's not very helpful.
