I' like to back up my data to my own hard drive. How do I do this?

3. Add or remove items from the Reports and Lists tabs by turning the switch on or off.
4. Select Export to Excel.

You can also visit the Intuit App Center to view supported apps that can help you backup the QuickBooks Online data. Here's how:

Cloud-based data are not designed to be backed up locally. You need a paid workaround to do so.
