Welcome to the Community, @ashgopi.

 

 

To give your accountant access to your QBO company file, send them an invite by following these steps: 

 

  1. Go to Settings ⚙ and select Manage users.
  2. Select Accounting firms.
  3. Select Invite.
  4. Complete the required fields and select Save.

You can invite up to 2 accountants and doesn't count to your user limit unless the accountant is also the company's master administrator.

I appreciate you getting back to us, @ashgopi.

 

There are different user types and levels of access in QuickBooks Online (QBO). You'll want to make sure that you are logged in as the Master Admin of the company so you can add your accountant to QBO. 

 

However, if you are the Master Admin of the company and can't access the Manage Users page, let's try logging in to your QBO account using a private browser. This way, we can check if it's a browser data issue.

 

Here's how:

 

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + N on your keyboard for Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox
  • Press Command + Shift + N for Safari

Once logged in, go back and try to add your accountant again to double-check. For more guidance, feel free to check out this article: Invite or remove an accountant.

 

If this works, it means that you need to clear the browser's cache so the system can start fresh. 

 

If you get the same result while using a private browser, I recommend switching to a different one.
