Hi. Thanks for responding. So which of those users is the one that is charged a monthly fee for the Quickbooks subscription? Is it team members who clock in and out or the higher level admin user?

The QuickBooks Time subscription is charge based on the subscription type you have between Premium and Elite plan plus the number of active users on file.
