Hi lin-hu,
Did you happen to have the exact error code or message you could give me?
If the initial STP lodgment did not successfully reach the ATO, you can try creating an Update Event in order to lodge the most up-to-date information.
To create an Update Event, you are able to go to the Employees Tab, select Reports, select Single Touch Payroll, then Create Update Event near the top of the screen.
Hopefully this one goes through successfully, but it's always good to wait for at least 4 hours before trying something else.
In which case, get back to us and we will use something different.
Kristian.
There is no special code. The message said Error: 10, Pay Event has reached retry limit.
Kind regards,
Hi lin-hu,
Did you end up trying to create and lodge the Update Event?
I believe this will lodge all the most up-to-date information from your payroll system over to the ATO.
Let me know how you go!
Kristian.
Hi Kristian,
I lodged an updated event but the red error mark is still there. YTD figures should be already updated with ATO but the internal payroll software error message won't be removed. As my understanding, we could lodge an update event or when we lodge the next payrun the YTD figures are also updated.
Kind regards,
Hi Lin-Hu,
Thank you for getting back to us on this.
Yes, an update event should do the trick or by lodging the next payrun, the YTD figures would also be updated.
Thank you and please let us know if you require any additional assistance.
