That error message can be associated with a number of different causes, but most often with PayPal bank feeds it might indicate that there are transactions for multiple currencies being detected in the PayPal account, which isn't supported by our bank feed system. I would recommend reaching out to our Support Team directly on 1800 046 038 so they can take a closer look at the bank feed in question and get it back up and running for you.
