I'm here to ensure you can access the Special Purpose Financial Reports (SPFR) in QuickBooks Online, @shehan1.
To begin with, make sure that you have an accountant user access to view the SPFR. The Management Reports section features reports designed for accountants and standard users. Here's a list of the default management reports:
Accountant user:
Standard user:
If you're a standard user, have your Primary Admin change your access rights. Refer to this article for the process: Add accountant users in QuickBooks Online.
However, if you have an accountant user access, your browser might be causing the problem. I recommend opening your QuickBooks account using a private or incognito window. This helps isolate the issue since it doesn’t store data in the cache.
If it works in incognito, return to your regular browser and clear its cache. The system occasionally behaves strangely when the browser frequently accesses pages. It could be due to corrupted cache files in your browser. Otherwise, you can try other supported browsers to help narrow down the cause of this behavior.
Moreover, QuickBooks Online offers various reports you can generate that give a snapshot of your business. To show specific details, you can customise them so the data shows up in the right place.
Please drop a comment below if there's anything else we can help you with regarding SPFR or generating reports in QuickBooks. We'll be around to help.
