I'm here to assist you in clearing your undeposited funds in QuickBooks Online.
To begin, you'll need to deposit funds from the Undeposited Funds account to your bank account. Here are the steps you need to follow:
If the payments aren't visible on your end, you can also create a Journal Entry to move your undeposited funds to a bank account. But before doing that, I'd recommend consulting an accountant for advice on which accounts to debit and credit to avoid any errors in your accounting.
Once you've completed these steps, run your Balance Sheet and customize it so that only non-zero rows and columns are shown. Here's how you can do it:
After following these steps, your undeposited funds accounts won't appear on your balance sheet anymore.
