It is possible that the transaction date is not within the report's date range. You may toggle it to show all the transactions. Click the dropdown arrow on the Report period section then select All Dates.
You may also want to check if there are added filters for a specific transaction type or account. If it has, some transactions will not show on the report. You can review the filters by clicking the Customise button. Then expand the Filter.
The report basis can also be a factor why other transactions are not showing on your report.
