Are you getting the same behavior when printing a different report in QuickBooks Online? Let's use a new incognito window on your browser to isolate the situation encountered. Using an incognito window does not store any data file.
Here's how:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
Then, log in to QBO and let's print the report once more. If it works, you need to clear cache and cookies on your browser and make sure to take note of your saved password and URLS. Unexpected results when doing some task in QuickBooks Online are usually caused by cache or other browser issues.
