This is by far the worst program, app and customer support I have EVER come across.
This is my 3rd major issue in only a few months that I have tried to get assistance with. Issues that have prevented me from using the program altogether. Once again the support is anything but!
I have been unable to operate my business properly due to these program issues. These problems occur regularly and include the inability to create or send invoices, to reconcile bank transactions, to upload expense invoices or track mileage.
Beyond these inconveniences was the damage caused when I was unable to login or access my account for 4x days.
This company offered zero support or accountability for this nor was I given an explanation or informed when the issue was eventually fixed. Yet this company is audacious enough to continue to charge the rates/prices they do for services they only claim to provide.
These issues are among countless other operational downfalls such as
- Limited banking connections
- Jpeg only uploads
- Limited expense categories, most of which are irrelevant
- Inability to enter multiple payments to the same invoice. Marked only as paid or unpaid.
- Inability to edit or update existing customer details. Adds a duplicate instead seperating that customers invoices under both names.
- An "In App" chat feature that isn't and has never been functional with a constant error message showing.
Add this to the useless customer service team, an outdated website with the most recent posted information dated years ago and a community support page listing only complaints, it is a deadset miracle this company is still in business..
This app isn't just some play store Candy Crush game dealing with user complaints regarding the missing gems they've paid for. This program claims to aid in business operations and accounting.
Their own business mismanagement is affecting people's income, therefore impacting their lives.
If you're reading this as a potential Intuit/Quickbooks customer - DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY! I ASSURE YOU, YOU WILL BE MORE THAN DISAPPOINTED.
Ps. For crying out loud! I can't even attach a file to this post as the "Browse Files To Attach" button below doesn't work...

I understand the need to be able to finish your accounting task to manage your business smoothly. This is not the kind of service we wanted you to have. Allow us to check the support case you have when you contacted support to help you.
Furthermore, I would recommend checking your email and reply from there to continue assisting you with your QuickBooks Online concerns.
On the other hand, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Support team. They have the necessary tools and can offer you live support to help also check for follow ups about your concern. The support hours 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM and Weekends from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM AEST.
