Approval Status Pending on Finalise Payroll

I have Approval Status Pending on Finalise Payroll but cannot see how I can authorise this.  The lodgement details say it is successful but not under approval details.

When I check in the ATO website the employees are still pending.

Can you please help

Are you referring to the submission of Single Touch Payroll showing Pending status in your payroll account? If so, the pay events can sometimes show pending status up to 72 hours from the date you Lodge the pay run to the ATO. This means the submission is queued to the ATO. If in the event the submission is more than 72 hours and still showed pending status, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. That way, they can further take a look at the submission with our payroll experts.

 

To contact our Customer Care Team, please use the steps below:

 

  1. Click on the Help icon in QuickBooks Online.
  2. Click on Contact Us, and enter the details of your question.
  3. Click on Let's talk or Chat Us.
  4. Enter the required information.
