Can you please specify the name of the bank where transactions have stopped downloading? This way, I'll be able to check from our records if there are ongoing investigation.
In the meantime, you can do a manual update by clicking the Update button on the Banking page. It would be best to update it three times during non-peak hours.
Also, you can import the missing bank transactions via CSV file. If the problem continues, I'd recommend reaching out to our Support team to help you to check and review this further securely.
