Welcome to the Community, belleg!

When you first time connect your bank account in QuickBooks Online depending on your bank, some banks allow to download the bank feeds up to 90 days. You'll have to make sure you've selected the date range of the bank transactions you wanted to import in QuickBooks Online.

If the issue remains, let's try doing a manual update and edit sign in information. Here's how:

  1. Click on the Banking/Transactions tab.
  2. Click on the bank account, and click on Update button.

If this months transactions does not show up, perform an edit sign in info. Here's how:

  1. Click on the Banking/Transactions tab.
  2. Click on the bank account, and click the Pencil icon.
  3. Click on Edit sign in information.
  4. Enter your bank's log in information.
  5. Follow the prompts, and click on Update.

Then, check if new bank feeds is downloaded. In the meantime, you can also manually enter the transactions or import them using a CSV file upload. You can check this link to learn more about Manually upload your bank transactions.

Thank you for clarifying that information, belleg.

Let me help and make sure you'll be able to update your bank in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

But before we start, may I know what's the name of your bank?

This normally happens if your bank is going through maintenance on their website. You can refresh the bank connection using your browser to restore and trigger updates to your bank transactions. Let me show you how to do it.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Gear icon.
  2. Choose Bank Account.
  3. Click the  Refresh all button.

If it isn't working, you can consider manually adding older transactions to QuickBooks Self-Employed.

Once you're able to import bank transactions, you can start categorizing and matching online bank transactions in QuickBooks.
