Thanks for posting in the Community! Let's check the Single Touch Payroll reports to see if: no finalisation event created yet, previous pay event lodged has an amount and Is Final option is not ticked.
- Go to Employees tab.
- On Reports, select Single Touch Payroll.
- Select the relevant financial year to review the events. You can click into these to review and see if the employee in question has previously been marked as Is Final (this will display on the far right of the page). Note that if a Finalisation Event has been created the employee will have automatically been marked as Is Final (whether it has been lodged yet or not).
If the employee has been marked as Is Final in a lodged event but you need to report some changes, you can instead lodge an Amended Finalisation event for this employee.
