Thanks for sharing your print settings concerns on reports. I understand how you want to save the settings after sending your reports through email.
This option is currently unavailable, and I've let our engineers know about your desire to put your idea into consideration for future updates. I'd recommend you do the same by sending feedback to our developer. Here's how:
- Click the Help menu at the top and select Send Feedback Online.
- Choose Product Suggestion and enter the details.
- Click Send Feedback.
You can also enter your suggestions directly to our QuickBooks Feedback form link. Please know that all our suggested plans are subject to further study.
