Auto tracking and track a trip not working

Hi rbcformconstruct,

Thanks for posting in the Community!

Let's check if the minimum average speed required to track mileage is met. The average mileage captured must be over 24 km/hour to prompt the auto mileage tracker and record your trip. If your average speed is below 24 km/h, you'll need to record the trip manually.

Check also if your device's location services for QuickBooks is set to Always. And turn on Motion & Fitness.

For Android users make sure to set access to device to Allow all the time, and physical activity permission to Allow.
