Can i like transaction from 23/24 financial year

Welcome, @boopcollectables! It's a pleasure to have you here today. Could you share more details about the task, any challenges, and your goals? The more information you provide, the better I can tailor my support to meet your needs.

That said, are you trying to link a transaction from 2023 to your 2024 fiscal year? Or enter transactions from the previous year to your current fiscal year?

You can input or link transactions inside QBO. However, there are a few things to note before you move forward. If you're linking transactions from the previous year to the current one, ensure you haven't closed the period for this fiscal year yet. I highly recommend checking this page for more information: Enter historical information in QuickBooks Online.

If your 2024 fiscal year is closed, you can enter a Journal Entry to help fix this. However, you'll need to coordinate with an accountant so they can help you get around this while ensuring the books stay accurate in QBO. If you don't have a ProAdvisor, I can help you find one. Visit this page: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/find-an-accountant/

In case you're referring to running a report that shows transactions from 2023 to 2024, you can run the Transaction List by Vendor or Customers and filter the date to show specific data. Check out this article for more details: Run a report in QuickBooks Online.

On top of that, feel free to check out these articles help you reconcile an account and fix a reconciliation in QBO:

If you have something else in mind, please share it in the comments so I can give you the information you need to clear up any questions. I'm also here to assist if you have more inquiries about the program. Take care and enjoy your day!
