You can input or link transactions inside QBO. However, there are a few things to note before you move forward. If you're linking transactions from the previous year to the current one, ensure you haven't closed the period for this fiscal year yet. If your 2024 fiscal year is closed, you can enter a Journal Entry to help fix this.
