Please follow the steps below to close your QuickBooks Online account:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
- Navigate to the Gear icon, then select Account and Settings.
- Choose Billing & Subscription.
- Click Cancel next to Subscription status.

Additionally, if you have QuickBooks Online Payments, you’ll have to cancel your Payments account separately.
After canceling your subscription, you'll still have read-only access to your data for one year.
