In the meantime, I recommend upgrading to Direct Feeds to take advantage of ongoing updates and support from QuickBooks, such as bug fixes, enhanced compatibility, and access to new features not available in older systems.
If upgrading isn’t feasible right now, you can continue working by manually uploading your transactions using a CSV file. This will help you stay up to date while accommodating any temporary restrictions the bank may have in place.
