i cannot connect too suncorp bank i have no issue logging into bank jusg not through quickbooks 

i’m sick of asking a stupid boy questions i how fo i fix

The error code 103 typically indicates that there might be an issue with the user ID or password you're using for your bank account. To begin resolving this, please log in to your bank's website directly and ensure that you have the correct user ID and password for the bank account you're trying to connect.

 

Once done, let's log in to QuickBooks through a private browser and update the bank information from there. It helps us get rid of unexpected behaviors that are sometimes caused by stored cache files. 

 

Let me show you how: 

 

  1. Go to the Banking page.
  2. Click the blue bank tile you'll need to update.
  3. Select the pencil icon and click Edit sign-in info.
  4. Update the information.

 

If it works, go back to your regular browser and clear your cache. On the other hand, you can use another supported browser to fix the issue.

ok i’ve fond this and over a dozen times  i my account are now frozen

it used to work with my Suncorp account but not since march

After trying the aforementioned steps and still experiencing an error, I advise getting in touch with our Customer Support department. They are able to check your account in a secure setting, identify the mistake you're experiencing, and fix it.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Help icon to connect to a live support agent.
  2. Provide us with some information about your concern.
  3. Select the Contact Us button and provide some details about this concern, then on the Let's Talk button.
  4. You'll now be provided options on how to connect to our team.
