How can I save a bank statement against a bank account for our accountant?

I'll help you with saving a bank statement for your bank account, Kerry.

At this time, you can log in to your bank's website to get or download your bank transactions from there. 

1. Sign in to your bank or credit card's website.
2. Follow your bank's instructions for how to download CSV files of your transactions to your computer. 
3. Check the date range for the download. It should be at least one day before the date of your oldest transaction.
4. Download your transactions. Save the file somewhere you can easily find it, like your computer's desktop.
5. Forward the file to your accountant.

Alternatively, you may reach out to your financial institution so they can hand you over your bank statement.

If you're trying to save your bank record from QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can either print or export it from the Chart of Accounts.

Here's how:

1. Log in to your QBO account.
2. Click on Accounting at the left pane, then select Chart of Accounts.
3. Look for your bank account from the list.
4. Tap on View register under Action.
5. Choose to Print or Export to Excel.

You actually did not answer the question!  The question was can you attach a bank statement to a reconciliation similar to how you can add a pdf copy of an ap bill to the transaction.  I know that QBO version in Canada does this all the time
