You actually did not answer the question! The question was can you attach a bank statement to a reconciliation similar to how you can add a pdf copy of an ap bill to the transaction. I know that QBO version in Canada does this all the time

I understand the importance of being able to attach the bank statements to the reconciliation. However, the feature that you're trying to access is currently unavailable. You need to convert your bank statement (which is in PDF format etc) into CSV, so then you can Import it into your QBO
