How do you permanently change the text on the Cusotmer Statement Email

Hi toniw-penfoldpro,

 

Thanks for posting in the Community!

 

You can change the Email message for your Customer Statement email by going to your Company settings. Let me guide you how.

 

  1. Log in to QuickBooks Online using a web browser.
  2. Click on the Settings icon.
  3. Click on Account and settings.
  4. Select Sales tab and click on Messages section.
  5. Under Sales form, select Statement.
  6. Under Email message, edit the email body for your customer statements.
  7. Click on Save and click on Done.

Once done, go back to your Customers section and send a statement to check the statement email body.
