You can change the Email message for your Customer Statement email by going to your Company settings. Let me guide you how.
- Log in to QuickBooks Online using a web browser.
- Click on the Settings icon.
- Click on Account and settings.
- Select Sales tab and click on Messages section.
- Under Sales form, select Statement.
- Under Email message, edit the email body for your customer statements.
- Click on Save and click on Done.
Once done, go back to your Customers section and send a statement to check the statement email body.
