Hello there, @robyn.m.mitchell.
When you accidentally turned off your camera using the QuickBooks Online (QBO) app, there isn't a need to turn it back on since it'll automatically be enabled once you create a new expense transaction and/or utilize the Receipt snap feature. In case you're unable to do so, you can clear your apps' data to remove the cache files. This will refresh the app and ensures that everything is up-to-date.
Here's how to clear apps' data using an Android device:
You can refer to this article's Clear app data (iOs) section in case you're using an iOs device: Quick-Start Guide for the QuickBooks Online app. It also includes other possible troubleshooting steps in fixing most app-related issues.
After you enter, upload, and track expense receipts and bills with your mobile device, you'll have to review, edit, and match those to any existing transactions in QBO. To do this, you need to log into your QBO account through a web browser. For the step-by-step guide, you can check out this article: Categorise expense receipts and bills in QuickBooks Online.
Please let me know if you have follow-up concerns about capturing and categorising expense transactions in QBO. I'm always here to help. Take care.
