Hi accdept-mmc,
If you are looking for a specific transaction and cannot locate this in the account history, try the Advanced Search.
To do this navigate to the top right of your file:
- Select Search > Advanced Search
- Filter Transaction Type, Dates and/or amounts
- Click Search
If you are still having trouble locating the transaction, select Settings and navigate to the Audit Log.
