On my dashboard I have 5 transactions that are stuck on need to be reviewed. However, on the linked accounts page all transactions have already been categorised. Any fix?

These 5 transactions have been stuck on the dashboard for about a week. This is in the phone app.

Thanks for taking the time to scour our Community space for potential solutions. If you haven't encountered this yet, this solution will prove useful in resolving banking issues on your phone app, adam.

 

We can refresh your data to sync the data transactions on your Dashboard and on the linked accounts page in your QuickBooks Online app. As long as you’re connected to the internet, you should be able to update your data. Here’s how to do it on different mobile operating systems.

 

IOS:

  1. Go to Menu ☰ and tap Help & Feedback.
  2. Tap Refresh Data.
  3. Note: A message appears “Caution. If there was a problem getting your latest QuickBooks Online data, you can refresh it now. It may take a few minutes.”
  4. Tap Refresh to confirm.

 

Android: 

  1. Go to Menu ☰ then tap More Options ⋮.
  2. Tap Settings then Refresh Data.
  3. Tap YES to confirm.

Thanks for the response. I tried refreshing the data but unfortunately there's no change. Still 5 transactions to review on dashboard. 

 

I had a new transaction in one of the accounts. Even after categorising that transaction the dashboard remained on 5. 

 

So it's not showing additional/new transactions either.

I checked the previous response and it looks like all possible troubleshooting steps for banking issues have been shared with you. 

 

In this case, we'll need to take a closer look at this to determine why new transactions are not being downloaded. For us to do that, I would recommend contacting our chat or phone support team. 

 

Here's how to reach out to them: 

 

  1. Go to the Help menu in the upper-right hand corner to open the QB Assistant window.
  2. Type in "talk to a human", then press Enter.
  3. Click Contact Support Team, then let them know that you're having issues with your Online Banking using the app.
  4. Press Enter once again.
  5. Select No, I still need help, then choose Contact Support Team.
  6. Look for the Chat option and click on it.
