1. Open your QBSE app.
2. Tap the Plus + button and press Ask QB assistant.
3. Follow the on-screen process of connecting to support.
4. Select a way to connect with us:

• Message an agent - to start a conversation with available support personnel.

Please note that the QBSE supporting hours are from 8 AM to 10 PM from Mondays to Fridays. Meanwhile, they're available from 8 AM to 8 PM AET during weekends.

I've also noticed in the Browser version that QB assistant is no longer available. I appreciate your trying to help, but if you don't have Quickbooks Self-Employed you won't know the lack of help available compared to Quickbooks Online. If anyone here is currently using Self-Employed in Australia, please let me know if you're seeing issues with Biometrics error messages, and the new name that shows, at least on my Android phone of ShipAndroid, instead of Quickbooks Self-Employed. I'm not having any issues that I'm aware of with billing my invoices, or tracking my mileage. It would just be appreciated if any changes would be sent to me via email, or some other online notification.
