I have QuickBooks Self-Employed and have recently noticed that the app on my Android Phone is now titled ShipAndroid, why? Also biometric login gives me an obscure error message every time I try to enable it. I have no reason to upgrade to Quickbooks Online. What is going on with update and support with Quickbooks Self-Employed.

I've also noticed in the Browser version that QB assistant is no longer available. I appreciate your trying to help, but if you don't have Quickbooks Self-Employed you won't know the lack of help available compared to Quickbooks Online. If anyone here is currently using Self-Employed in Australia, please let me know if you're seeing issues with Biometrics error messages, and the new name that shows, at least on my Android phone of ShipAndroid, instead of Quickbooks Self-Employed. I'm not having any issues that I'm aware of with billing my invoices, or tracking my mileage. It would just be appreciated if any changes would be sent to me via email, or some other online notification.
