Are you trying to cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription? If so, here's how you can cancel your subscription.

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account using a web browser.
  2. Click on Settings and click on Account & Settings.
  3. Click on Billing & Subscription.
  4. Find the product you wish to cancel, then select Cancel subscription.
  5. You’ll see a multiple-choice survey on why you're cancelling your subscription. Once you’ve filled it out, select Continue to cancel.
  6. You’ll see a page that details product benefits, and the last day you'll be able to use your subscription. Select Continue to cancel.
  7. You’ll see a pop-up confirming your subscription is cancelled. Select Got it.

You'll be able to access your QuickBooks Online account in a read-only access for 1 year from cancellation date. We recommend to export reports and list for back up purposes.

Let me guide you on how to cancel or close your QuickBooks Online subscription. Here's how to:

 

  1. Log in to QuickBooks Online using a web browser.
  2. Click on the Settings icon.
  3. Click on Subscriptions and Billing.
  4. Under QuickBooks subscription, click on Cancel subscription.
  5. Click on Continue to cancel.
  6. You’ll see a page that details product benefits, and the last day you'll be able to use your subscription. Select Continue to cancel.
  7. You’ll see a pop-up confirming your subscription is cancelled. Select Got it.


That's it! You've now cancelled your QBO subscription. If you need further assistance on how to cancel the account, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team through Chat or Phone. They have the right tools to help you cancel the account in a secure form.

 

Click on the Help (?) icon in QBO file and click on Contact Us. Choose from Chat or Phone option.
