How do I get my bank account to update transactions automatically through QuickBooks without logging in every time?

I have added my bank details to QuickBooks to display my balances and show any new transactions so I can categorise them. When I update my bank accounts, I have to login each time. If I have new transactions in my accounts, it doesn’t update automatically and display them, I have to login again to grab new transactions. 
How do I get it to automatically display new transactions without having to login to my bank every time?

When using the Update button to download the latest transactions, most banks will prompt you to enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for an extra layer of security, preventing unauthorized access to your accounts.
