Hello there,
The fast-scroll or alphabet-based navigation on the right side of the invoice list has changed in the recent updates of QuickBooks Online (QBO) Australia. I’ll provide a workaround to help you achieve your goal.
Since the old fast-scroll method is no longer available, here are the best ways to quickly scroll through and find invoices in the current QBO interface:
Use the Filter feature: This is the most effective way to narrow down the list.
Utilize the Search Bar: You can find a specific invoice by entering its Invoice Number, the Customer's Name, or even a Dollar Amount.
Vertical Scroll Bar: You will need to use your web browser's vertical scroll bar (usually located on the far right of your screen) to scroll through the full list of invoices displayed on the page.
If you need any further assistance with QBO, feel free to reply to this thread, and I'm here to help!
