I am the principle account holder but I am unable to enter new staff information WHY?

Hi Lauren83,

 

If you are trying to enter a new employee in the Employees section and experiencing issues doing so, it's important to check that fields like Residential Address are correct as you will be unable to proceed if not. If you are unsure on the address, you can try entering a different one (eg your own) to see if the system will allow you to save, then updating this on the Employee's details once they have been entered into payroll.
