Transactions in Oct to Dec 2019 which are showing in banking For Review, but they are already in the bank account, and when you search they don't come up as double ups?

Transactions in Oct to Dec 2019 which are showing in banking For Review, but they are already in the bank account, and when you search they don't come up as double ups?

Hi cbts1, 

 

Thanks for getting contacting Intuit QuickBooks Online.  This can often be a result of an error on the bank side if they have updated transactions from a very past period, unless another user has uploaded a CSV file of transactions of the Oct-Dec 2019 period without letting you know. 

 

Overall if the bank account in QuickBooks is reconciled and you're satisfied with the account balance you could exclude these transactions from the For Review tab, then ultimately delete them. This can done by the following steps;

 

  1. Select the For Review Tab
  2. Select the empty box at the top of the left hand column, this will select all transactions.
  3. Select Batch Actions
  4. Exclude selected
  5. Go to Excluded tab 
  6. Same empty box at the top left hand column, this will select all transactions
  7. Select Batch Actions
  8. Select Delete
