Hi ws_computers,
It seems as though you're experiencing some issues with the QuickBooks Online system since the last update?
Are you using the cloud version of QuickBooks where you sign in online via the website, or do you have a Desktop version of QuickBooks?
Are you able to elaborate on how the system keeps crashing?
What are the symptoms you are experiencing when trying to do work in QuickBooks?
I would love to help you here but I need some more information in order to better understand what's going on under the hood!
Kristian.
I am using the desktop app, all that happens is that I will be working on it and suddenly I get the message the that "Something went Wrong" and gives me the choice to Relaunch.
Thanks for getting back to us here, @ws_computers.
I'll share the steps on how to fix the "Something went wrong" error. You'll want to reset your app settings to fix the error. The QBO app collects cache files that help to save you time while browsing. Sometimes, these files can become outdated or corrupted, causing issues like the one with your account.
Here's how you can reset them:
After resetting, go back to your account again. If you're still experiencing the same result, I recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app. This process will help resolve the unexpected behavior of the file. Refer to this guide for the steps: QuickBooks App General support.
Feel free to browse this link if you need help with other tasks in QBO. Just look for responses that suit your concern.
Reach out to me anytime if you still have questions or concerns with the program. I'll be around to assist you. Take care and stay safe.
Thanks, I was considering reinstalling the because I am not having any issues on another computer.
