When I now look at my pay event for Aug it just says created, not successful how can i fix?

When I now look at my pay event for Aug it just says created, not successful how can i fix?

Hello Deb42,

 

If you wish to lodge your Pay Event, please try the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Employees
  2. Select Reports
  3. Select Single Touch Payroll
  4. Select the ID number next to the relevant Pay Event
  5. Select Lodge with ATO

That will submit your Pay Event, and as a result, will change the status of it.
