To isolate the situation encountered let's access your account using a different web browser like Google Chrome, Safari, or Mozilla Firefox.
- Open a new web browser.
- Log in to your QuickBooks Online account through qbo.intuit.com
- Once log in, access the Employees tab once more.
- Click on the Pay Runs tab, and access any unfinalised pay run.
If the issue persists, I'd recommend contacting directly our Customer Support Team. That way, one of our support agents can further check your payroll account in a secure form.
